About Indoor Air-Quality:

Although we typically associate air contaminant pollution with dangers encountered in external areas, interior air quality improvement can also be compromised. Smoke, vapors, mold, and the chemicals found in particular paints, furnishings, and cleansers can all have an environmental impact on indoor air quality and our health. Buildings are an essential factor in general well-being because the majority of people spend their time indoors.

Typical Considerations Need to Know about EPA Statistical Report:

According to the U.S Environmental Protection Agency, Especially Americans not only children including young age people Elder age people spend 90% of their time indoors, in built environments such as homes, schools, offices, places of worship, or gymnasiums. Environmental health experts are studying how indoor air quality affects human health and well-being.

According to studies, indoor air pollution impacts are rising due to factors such as chemicals found in household objects, limited ventilation, rising temperatures, and increased humidity.

Based on the NIEHS, 2022 to 2024 factor research includes Indoor air quality as a worldwide concern. Pollution of the indoor environment, both short- and long-term, can lead to a broad spectrum of health problems, including respiratory illnesses, heart disease, cognitive impairments, and cancer.

What are the main factors in indoor Air Quality?

According to our point of view, we consider maintaining these 3 things to be essential for regulating and optimizing our environmental considerations should be maintained properly to reduce our health sign changes impact. Mainly, people need to consider Humidity, Ventilation, and Temperature in their people's environmental surrounding areas. They includes,

Better Temperature to regulate our maintaining our Body Health:

The first criterion for the quality of indoor air is proper warmth. Adverse temperatures within buildings pose an important threat to one's wellness; overly warm or cold temperatures are also deemed uncomfortable. We found that hot temperatures can worsen the implications of a lack of moisture. The better and suggested typical range for summer room temperature is 23–25.5 °C or (73–78 °F).

Better Humidity needs to be considered:

The window for humidity in indoor air is best. Skin symptoms (dryness, rash), eye discomfort, and nasal dryness are more commonly reported when humidity is too low. Excessive humidity results in water condensing on cold surfaces, which can lead to mold growth and water damage. Dust mite proliferation is also facilitated by high humidity According to our research point of view definitely below 60 percent in the summer months needs to be maintained during the conditions in the summer season.

Proper Air Ventilation should be maintained:

One of the biggest elements influencing the quality of the air within is ventilation. Low ventilation rates and indoor carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations have been linked to perceived air quality outcomes and health problems. Additionally, ventilation rate has been linked to schoolchildren's academic achievement and office work performance. Opening your windows as wide as they will go is the best way to get fresh air in from the outside. You should also try and create cross breezes whenever this is possible.

Remedies and Cures:

Research on the health consequences of airborne pollutants like those described above found in residences, companies, colleges, and universities has been sponsored by NIEHS. People wander between indoor and outdoor places thus to take measurements and gather data about personal circumstances, researchers are creating specialized devices. It can cause Respiratory disease, Cardiovascular diseases, Cognitive effects, and Cancer-like diseases will receive those who get Indoor Air Quality effectiveness. We need to take some food that helps to the body heat. Such foods we need to take are Watermelon, Cucumbers, Coconut water, Buttermilk and Citrus fruits.

Warm Regards,
